Hi,

I am new with broadleaof. I did set up broadleaf demosite working with tomcat. However, how could I set the flat rate shipping fee based on location (city and state or Zip)?

Currently, we do not support nationwide shipping ..but just some nearby cities. So, instead of listing out : First Class, Priority, Express...we would like to list a drop down list of cities with flat rates...
