I want to create my application using latest broadleaf commerce framework 3.0-BETA3 (without using DemoSite). Is there any tutorial/guideline/documentation for that?

The reason I want to create my application using framework is because the framework is more inclusive and evolving.

What kind of application are you trying to create? Currently, Broadleaf is pretty dependent on operating in a Request/Response context of a web application.

I am doing a POC for my company where I need to show that we can quickly create an eComm site using broadleafcommerce framework. The success of which may mean implementing it for some of our clients.

Which facets of Broadleaf are you interested in leveraging in your POC?
CMS?
Catalog Management?
Rest API?
Shopping cart?

It sounds like you would like to build an eCommerce web application but don't necessarily need to leverage the existing templates/theme for a store. In other words, Broadleaf will power the back-end, but you will write the front-end from scratch. Am I correct in this understanding?
