Can Broadleaf be used with tomcat 8?

Hi, I am trying version 3.0.7-GA with tomcat 8 and it works fine so far, but there may be some cases I am not aware of that will break the app. So is Broadleaf supposed to work with tomcat 8 ? Thanks

As of the time of this post (Jan, 2014), the core development team primarily uses Tomcat 7 so if there are issues introduced by Tomcat 8 you are likely to see them before we do.
That being said, we don't know of any issues and would consider Tomcat 8 issues a high priority to address if they were reported.
