This might too vague a question but here goes....

I am trying to customise the checkout and want to change the format of the address so that I don't use state but add in a province field. I have extended the Address entity and added the entity overrides in configs. This all seems to work but still it is the old address that is presented in the billingInfoForm. I can't for the life of me workout how to change this.

If any of you can point me in the right direction, I would be most grateful! I really don't expect a how to but more a "you need to read up on this"
