Can broadleaf framework do that?

Hello guys,

I'd like to know if it is possible to develop analogue of http://onliner.by website (can use http://translate.google.com to translate)?
The thing is that I don't need a typical online shop, but I need a catalogue (listing) of goods (items).
Every item is linked to a set of retailers customer can contact to. Customer cannot by directly from the site. He should go to retailer's website or call him.
So we have to be able to create accounts for retailers in our admin panel, where they can add their prices and delivery details to any item from our catalogue.

What do you think about it? Will it take a lot of time to implement features I need for the project. Or do I have to choose another framework for it? What framework suits more?
What other issues/problems you have noticed during browsing onliner.by? I mean issues preventing us to develop the site using broadleaf framework.

You can absolutely do this with some custom extensions. We have done similar things for another client. Our client wanted to actually sell the products on consignment. But this is very similar, and in some ways easier since you don't need to worry about the checkout flow. Effectively, you simply need to manage a product catalog with some meta data about the supplier / website to go to to purchase. This can definitely be done with Broadleaf. This should not take a great deal of time to do if you know how to extend Broadleaf. Since there is no checkout flow, this should be a relatively straight forward process. Again, the amount of time will depend on how comfortable you or you development team is with the Broadleaf Commerce framework.
