I have run into two problems using the demo.

1. I receive a 500 error when I anonymously add something to the wishlist.

2. While I am able to filter and select products by manufacturer, I am unable to deselect a manufacturer once selected.

Are there any official bug tracking outlets for the framework or the demo application?

The Wiki and Bug Tracking are the same application (Trac), which can be accessed here:
http://broadleafcommerce.org/trac/

You will need to register for a user account in order to create a new support ticket.
