Hi,

Does BLC provide order cancellation support? This includes, changing the order status for a successfully placed order to "Cancelled" and refunding back the amount using the payment gateways.
I couldn't see a cancel link on view orders page for a user.

OMS features like you described are on our road map but we do not have these features at the moment.
