How to create Product Bundle in BLC 2.0 v

Hi All,
I have few queries on BLC Bundle creation. Please help on this.
1. Is BLC 2.0 supports the Product bundle creation through admin console ? I have seen only two options while creating the product.
They are One to one Product Sku and Base Product.
But Observed in BLC 2.2v having the provision to create Product Bundle through admin gwt UI. How can i achieve in BLC 2.0 ?
2. What is the difference between Product Bundle and SKU Bundle ? is it both are same ?
