Upload image in Admin 3.0 doesn't work in IE 9

Hello,
I have problem adding image in admin tool 3.0 in Internet explorer 9.0. Spinning progress circles just stuck and upload doesn't finish. If I try with FF 23 with the same proxy settings it works perfectly.
Do you have any idea what could be wrong?
