I've extended the WTP-only tutorial to include instructions for adding in the admin. Conceptually, I think it's similar to what you were trying to do. Using these instructions, both the demo and the admin are able to launch fine together in the same container. My example Eclipse projects for both the demo and the admin are attached to the tutorial documentation in case you need to take a closer look.

Thank you Jeff .I tried as discussed . I was still getting exception . Let me do a Fresh install for both demo and admin
