Hi!
I need to change the itens showed at THE HEAT CLINIC'S TOP SELLING SAUCES in the home page
How can I do that?

Modify the products in the 'Home' category in the admin.

Well I'm assuming that you are using DemoSite via GitHub or the workspace download. If that's the case then changing that category is correct.
if you're talking about the a site that you created at demo.broadleafcommerce.org then those are managed by the 'Home' CMS page.

It worked, the thing is that the changes does not take effect just after I saved then. It took a while
Is there a way to force the refresh?

You can disable all caching in bl-override-ehcache.xml. The automatic cache eviction is only available in Enterprise.
