Is it bug while adding rules to admin user?

Hi,
in admin UserAdministration-> UserManagment module I'm trying to add some defined rules to selected user. After that added rule is empty for this user.
I use BLC from GitHub on develope branch.

Unable to recreate this. If your still seeing this issue, check the logs and turn on debug for hibernate.

I've reproduced this bug using the "BroadleafCommerce Site Project Demo", "1.5.3-SNAPSHOT"
I started demo by ant demo-jetty demo.

scenario:
1. add new user
2. on the tab 'User Roles' add role to this user (i.e. ROLE_ADMIN)

3. now, on the tab 'User Roles' I see this role associated with user, but...

On the tab 'Role Management' I see two roles ROLE_ADMIN
* first, associated with permissions
* second, empty
