Forget password is not working

Hi All, I have configured broadleaf-framework 3.0.2-GA in my system but i could see forget password is not working i can't able to figure out where the problem relies. is that a version based issue or should i do something else to make it work? i have referred broadleaf commerce documentation to configure in my system.

I think its version based issue only, you can check it over the latest version and try it.

is there any other way to do other than upgrading to new version?

No. We do not backport any fixes to previous patch releases. In general, you should always be on the latest patch release of your major/minor version of Broadleaf. In your case, you are on the 3.0 line so you should be on 3.0.13-GA. You can see release notes for all of our versions at http://docs.broadleafcommerce.com.
