Remove Offer Code from endpoint not working.

We are using removeOfferCode and removeAllOfferCodes endpoint to remove the offer code which is applying to an order, but offer was not removed from the order. By the way , i had checked on the tables Named "OrderAdjustment" and "OrderItemAdjustment", offers that applied into the order are not taken out from this 2 tables.
Kindly advise on the above.
