Location of server.xml while changing jetty to tomcat?

Hi All,
I changed all the configuration mentioned in the tutorial of BLC for tomcat configuration except the server.xml file. Actually I did not find the server.xml file to change. In the tomcat/conf/ directory it does not exit. I don't know whether I should create server.xml file manually or it will be downloaded itself. Please help me to find the server.xml file.
