I am trying to evaluate the use of BroadLeaf eCommerce Platform as a tool / framework for our project development

I would like to know whether the following features are available in BroadLeaf, if not are there any plugins / add-ons that can achieve the same.

The features that I am looking for are

2. Subscriptions
3. Customer Testimonials
4. Polls
5. Product Rating
6. Product Reviews
7. Tell a Friend
8. Placing a order from purchase history
9. Gift certificates
10. Reward Points
11. Product Import / Export
12. Form Captcha
13. Fraud rules
14. Multiple currency support
15. Multiple site / stores support

Pretty much everything you mentioned is an extensible ability with Broadleaf to my knowledge, now I am not part of their staff but I can say that 1,2,5,6,7,9,11,14 definitely exist and the others you could easily code the extensions for.
