Erro importing DemoSite

I am installing DemoSite-3.0.6-GA.
As the Getting Started,error occured when importing DemoSite existing maven project.
error info below:
Periodic workspace save
Could not write metadata for '/DemoSite'.
D:\eclipse-workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.resources\.projects\DemoSite\.markers.snap

I have the same problem, but there is not any answer about this. The same topic is open in:

Thanks for the update; I've seen this before but I thought that it wasn't an issue anymore. There are probably some metadata files that did not get included with the workspace build process. What version of Eclipse are you on?
