I have been adding new products and categiries to the demo.
I know that product queries and lusting are all generated by solr.


solr scans are periodic in nature. is there a way to issue an immediate solr scan, for immediate product updates.

theoretically solr has a servlet and an ajax interface, but broadleaf wraps it in a spring bean.

Immediate Solr updates (as well as immediate ehcache updates) is available in our enterprise edition. The community edition only has the quartz configuration to periodically update the index.
