I am trying to implement pricing where some skus can be purchased individually, by the pack, or by the case. The pack and the case may have some kind of discount pricing. The SKU is the same whether purchased individually, by the pack or by the case. What is the recommended approach for handling bulk pricing scenarios such as this in Broadleaf Commerce?

See if you can achieve what you want via the Offers and offer rules in the admin.

I think that your use case (bundled pricing) is not something that we support all that well at this time. However, you can set up offer rules for a particular quantity of Skus as qualifiers, and then another quantity of Skus as targets.
