Integrate the Demo Site and Admin modules into one project

Hi all,
I have two questions about the DemoSite:
- question 1: in the context of Broadleaf Demo Site, is there any advantage to separate the Site and Admin modules into two different projects?
- question 2: I plan to integrate these two modules into one single project (to be handled by one Dispatcher Servlet), is there any technical drawback in respect to Broadleaf structure/implementation? (I want to know the answer before spending effort on it)
