Hello,

I have downloaded the latest copy of Braodleaf Commerce and imported the Maven pom file into Eclipse.

I am getting about 20 tablib errors and am trying to get around those.

Does this need to be done or should it work out of the box?

What could be the remedial actions?

If you're following the maven eclipse tutorial for creating your own blc project, you'll notice that I mention eclipse will report some validation errors. These are harmless for the tutorial and it will still work. If you want to get rid of them, you'll need to temporarily turn validation off in eclipse for that project.
