Hi Kenny
By basic functionality I meant precisely what you gave as a basic SEO function: smart url re-write.
Pls look at this url:
http://www.containerstore.com/shop/shel ... d=10016280It is the url of an "Enameled Steel Cube Bath Storage"
What I see in the url is "productId=10016280" which probably means nothing to a SE user.
Why wasn't the expression "Enameled-Steel-Cube-Bath-Storage" built into the url? It is not unimportant since someone thought it was a good idea to put it in the title: "<title>The Container Store > Enameled Steel Cube Bath Storage</title>" and in ah h2: <h2 class="productName">Enameled Steel Cube Bath Storage</h2>.
This is what I meant when I said that the Container Shop is not really a good example of a broadleaf implementation and this is the reason I was asking if anyone knew about other implementation that has put more effort into SEO.
Having said that, I still need to know more about broadleaf. In principle, I think it's a nice piece of SW. Cheers.
